The Den headquarters guide

The Den is the campaign decision point. Resolve work inside the current Cycle, then start a Tactical Mission only after treatment, upgrades, equipment, and expiring opportunities are checked.

Know what advances the Cycle

Operations resolve on the Galaxy Map without tactical combat and consume Intel earned from Tactical Missions. Completing a Tactical Mission advances the campaign to the next Cycle.

Operations and Tactical Missions can expire. Story-critical missions eventually become mandatory, while active construction and a standard Medbay bed need Cycle progress to finish. Check every timer before committing to the tactical deployment.

A practical cycle order

  • Read conversations, then inspect Injuries and available Medbay space.
  • At the Holotable, sort Operations and Tactical Missions by remaining Cycles and note the available Intel.
  • Resolve the Operations you are willing to fund; keep enough resources for treatment and the next planned Upgrade.
  • Start one affordable high-value Upgrade only when a Build Slot is free and the completion timing helps the campaign.
  • Review the Armory, Focus Trees, and new Cross Training choices, then lock the squad and equipment.
  • Complete the Tactical Mission to move into the next Cycle and repeat the checks.

Choose an Upgrade for the next bottleneck

  • Choose the Droid Repair Bay when available if Custom Astromechs will fill a missing support role.
  • Improve Influence when regional rewards and Contact spending are the current campaign priority.
  • Build the Lounge and Teamwork when unused Operators need passive Bond progress while the core squad deploys.
  • Before buying at the Black Market, keep enough Credits for urgent treatment and the Upgrade you intend to start.
